Refund policy

• Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition of Returned Instrument: To be eligible for a refund, the instrument must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a denial of the refund or a partial refund at our discretion. If the value of the refund needs to be adjusted we will notify you of this prior to sending payment.
• Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us at info@cdsguitars.co.uk within the eligible period. A copy of the invoice for the purchase is required. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Denial of Refunds: Requests for refunds will be denied if received more than 14 days from the date of purchase or if returned in a condition that makes it not possible to resell.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, and solely at our discretion, we may consider refund requests submitted after the 14-day period. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
• Payment for refunds: Payments will be made to the origial method of purchase only. Payments will be sent after reciept and inspection of the instrument by us. Payments will be made in full. Cost of shipping paid by you at the time of purchase is not eligable to be refunded.
