How we check our guitars
Electronics Check: Pots sprayed, jacks checked, and switches tested for scratchiness or signal drops.
Neck & Frets: Truss rod tested, fret wear inspected, and sharp fret edges smoothed out.
Deep Clean & Hardware: Fretboard deep-cleaned and oiled, body polished, and hardware tightened.
The Setup: Restrung with premium strings, action and intonation adjusted specifically for rock and metal tuning specs.
What our Condition Status Means
NEW
A brand new product thats never been played. Still with original packaging
Excellent
A product that has been played but shows no real sign of this. e.g May have a couple of pick scratches on a guitar
Great
A product that has been used. May show some small signs of this. E.g minor pick scratches or micro scratches on black guitars
Good
A product that has been used a fair bit. E.g 1 or 2 deeper scratches (not down to wood) on a guitar or a very minor dent
Fair
A product that shows a lot of use E.G scratches down to wood or paint chips
